Stuffed Meatloaf Super easy and yummy


  • 1/2 lbground beef
  • 1 largeegg
  • 2 clovegarlic minced
  • 1 smallonion diced
  • 1/4 cbreadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbspketchup
  • 1 tspworcestershire sauce
  • ·salt and pepper
  • 4 smallballs fresh mozarella cheese
  • 8 ozcan tomato sauce
  • ·fresh parsley chopped for garnish

How to Make Stuffed Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire salt and pepper together. Shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan.
  2. Take the Mozzarella balls and press them down into the meatloaf fully covered by the meat. Pour the sauce over the top
  3. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Top with parsley
