This is a healthy, not overly-sweet strawberry, blueberry and banana smoothie that I created for my grandkids. They were my taste testers and gave it a big thumbs up. I used agave nectar, but I think honey would be good also. FYI, adults will love it too!
Ingredients
- 2 cmilk
- 1 smallcontainer strawberry greek yogurt
- 1/2 cfrozen blueberries
- 1 cfrozen strawberries
- 1 cfrozen sliced bananas
- 2 Tbspagave nectar
How to Make RED WHITE & BLUE SMOOTHIES
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend to desired consistency. Serve immediately.
