Lemony Doodles This is a recipe that came about because of my love of all things lemon! My kids and grandkids love snickerdoodles (don’t we all!). One night I was playing around and thought I want to make a lemon cookie. I couldn’t find a recipe that I liked so decided that I would experiment and this is what I came up with! Hope you all like them. p.s. my brother-in-law says I am a goddess of the kitchen when I make these, lol!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These are wonderful cookies kissed with just the right amount of lemon. We couldn’t walk away from the plate. The lemon flavor is there but it’s not overpowering. Thin and chewy, it’s a cookie for any occasion.

Note: If you’re having an issue rolling the dough, chill it for a little bit and it will be easier to work with.
