Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon room-temperature water
  • 1 ½ ounces gin
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 dashes lavender bitters, such as Scrappy’s
  • Ice
  • Lemon peel and dried lavender flowers for garnish

Directions

    Step 1

    Add honey and water to a cocktail shaker; stir until the honey is dissolved. Add gin, lemon juice and lavender bitters and fill the shaker three-fourths full of ice. Cover and shake until chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into a glass and garnish with lemon peel and dried lavender flowers, if desired.
