While gin lets the grapefruit shine through, this punch recipe also works with bourbon. Using the Angostura bitters is optional, but the cinnamon-clove flavor gives this drink a bit of holiday-appropriate spice.
- 1 cup honey
- ½ cup hot water
- 3 cups gin
- 2 cups pink or red grapefruit juice
- 8 dashes Angostura bitters (Optional)

Dissolve honey in hot water in a punch bowl or pitcher. Stir in gin, grapefruit juice and Angostura bitters, if using.
