Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups brewed coffee or espresso, at room temperature
  • 1 ½ ounces coffee liqueur
  • 1 ½ ounces vodka
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 coffee beans for garnish

Directions

    Step 1

    Pour coffee (or espresso) into an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.

    Step 2

    Combine the coffee ice cubes, coffee liqueur, vodka and vanilla in a blender; process until smooth, about 1 minute. Divide between 2 chilled coupe martini glasses; garnish each with 3 coffee beans, if desired. Serve immediately.
