  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
  • 3 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped

    Combine first 9 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Chill 1 hour before serving. Garnish, if desired.
