Our family loves to snack on these warm, crunchy pecans on Thanksgiving while we’re waiting for the turkey to get done!
Ingredients
- 1 lbshelled pecan halves
- 1egg white
- 1 Tbspwater
- 1/2 csugar
- 1 Tbspground cinnamon
- 1/4 tspsalt
How to Make Cinnamon Glazed Pecans
- In large bowl, whip egg whites and water until frothy.
Add pecans and mix until well coated. - In a separate bowl combine cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
Add to pecan mixture and mix again until well coated. - Spread in an even layer on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to prevent sticking.
