Cinnamon Glazed Pecans Our family loves to snack on these warm, crunchy pecans on Thanksgiving while we’re waiting for the turkey to get done!


  • 1 lbshelled pecan halves
  • 1egg white
  • 1 Tbspwater
  • 1/2 csugar
  • 1 Tbspground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspsalt

How to Make Cinnamon Glazed Pecans

  1. In large bowl, whip egg whites and water until frothy.
    Add pecans and mix until well coated.
  2. In a separate bowl combine cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
    Add to pecan mixture and mix again until well coated.
  3. Spread in an even layer on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to prevent sticking.
